- We are Time Warp Fine Art Limited (hereinafter known as “Time Warp”, "we", "our" or "us"). The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain how we use personal information that we have collected from you when you visit our website. It is the policy of Time Warp in relation to this website, to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We will ensure such compliance by our staff with the standards of security and privacy.
- Time Warp is committed to protecting the information provided by our registered members and website visitors. We do not collect any personal identification information from website visitors during their browsing of our website. When these visitors visit our website, we may record their visit only as a 'hit' and do not gather any personal data.
- Should personal data be collected in the process of making requests and enquiries, making registration, placing bids or giving authorisation, website visitors and registered members will be advised via the “Personal Information Collection Statement” of our website of the purposes and uses.
- In circumstances where it is necessary for us to supply visitors with personalized services, we may use 'cookies' to store and track information about website visitors. This is done without visitors being aware that it is taking place. Generally, we use 'cookies' to estimate our site visitor size, to track visitors' progress and number of entries in our promotional activities. - Should there be registered members’ personal data obtained, the data will be kept securely in our system. Apart from the documents of identification, we will retain the data for so long as the person is a registered member of our website. All documents of identification received will be destroyed after the auction. Only the authorised staff will be permitted access to such personal data, and we shall not release such personal data to any external parties except those parties set out in our “Personal Information Collection Statement” without registered members’ agreement.
- There may be times when we need to send direct marketing materials promoting services to registered members based on their personal data. We will obtain the registered members’ prior consent before sending such promoting materials. If registered members do not want to receive such promotion materials, they are entitled to refuse it.
- Time Warp shall make every best effort to ensure that the privacy of website visitors and registered members is properly protected. However, given the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that the security measure is perfect.
- In order to provide website visitors and registered members with more information and services, we may engage third party content providers and service providers, and provide links to other websites. Some of these third parties may collect website visitors and registered members’ personal data when they make use of their services. - Time Warp Fine Art Limited (hereinafter known as “Time Warp”, "we", "our" or "us") may collect your personal data directly from you when you complete certain forms and registrations, including when you complete our bid form, submit your documents of identification and its appurtenant form, sign up for updates on our website, provide us with your business card, authorize your agents to collect the auction items, and provide us with personal data in your correspondence and other communication with us. We do not collect personally identifiable information from your visit to our website without your knowledge.
- It is voluntary for you to supply the personal data but if you fail to supply any of the personal data required by us, your bid submission, registration, payment and lots collection by authorized agent may not be processed.
- It is our policy to retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the relevant purpose that it is held for.

- any other purposes as may be required, authorised or permitted by any law and/or regulation.

Your right of access includes the right to obtain a copy of your personal data held by us subject to payment of a fee.
